How do I know that I can trust The Crease Line?
The Crease Line has been established since 2007 and is recognised locally as a leader in residential and commercial cleaning services. Our staff are all CRB checked and certified.
What is different about The Crease Line?
The Crease Line and its staff have in excess of 16 years of experience providing Domestic Cleaning and Commercial Cleaning in and around the West Midlands. The Crease Line is family owned and managed and consequently gives a more personal feel when interacting with you.
Do I need to be at home when you clean?
No – there is no need, we generally operate between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm when most customers are not at home, in general, we will hold a key on your behalf to gain access. Keys are stored with a coded system which does not identify your address.
What time will you clean my home?
We can’t guarantee what time our team member will arrive but in certain circumstances, we can arrange to clean within a certain time frame.
How many Crease Line Staff will clean my home?
In normal circumstances there will be two people in your home, the team manager and one team member, sometimes in the case of larger jobs, there may be three staff. If your home is small it’s possible that only one person will attend. We will always tell you so you know how many people will be in your home. We respect that your home is private and also the trust you place in us by allowing us into your home.
What are your Cleaning Rates?
Our Cleaning Rates are tailored to the job and can be influenced by many factors, we base our price on the level of clutter, lifestyle, the presence of pets etc; In order to quote we would normally need to visit your home to discuss a quotation.
Will the same person be in the home each time?
We make every effort to ensure at least one of the initial team members normally visits your home to carry out the regular clean.
Do you bring your own Cleaning Supplies and Equipment?
We bring everything: cleaning chemicals, mops, buckets, dusters and vacuums. So you do not need to supply anything.
Are furniture and ornaments moved during the clean?
Where practicable we will move lighter furniture and ornaments – we do offer spring or deep clean services which would address these requirements in more detail.
I have booked a deep clean/one-off clean/spring clean what do you clean?
In addition to the usual daily clean we also: Clean skirting boards, internal windows, under beds, door fronts, bathroom tiles, move furniture within physical limits, de-scale faucets/shower heads, remove and clean vent covers, wipe down ceiling fan blades, spot clean stains on carpet and upholstery, clean bins and wastebaskets, clean blinds, clean cabinets and drawers, de-grease cooker top, clean microwave and all appliances, clean mirrors and much more
What guarantees do I get that I will be happy with your service and quality?
We pride ourselves in what we do and clean to the same standards we would expect in our own homes, we have had many years experience in domestic and commercial cleaning which will be reflected in the standard we provide.
Can I have my property cleaned at the same time as my oven and carpets are cleaned?
Normally we would schedule these services for different days.
How do you deal with pets?
We are animal lovers and we understand how important your pets are to you, we will do the best we can to make sure your pets are not allowed outside during the clean, please let us know if you have special requirements regarding your pets.
What happens if I need to re-schedule my Cleaning Service
We will work with you when we can, please be sure to give 48 hours notice of a change so that we can try to change the schedule for you.
Is there anything I need to do prior to your visit to clean?
We would ask that all clothes, toys, washing up, personal items and valuables are put away before we arrive. If you are not able to do this then we will always try to do this for you within the time allowed for the clean. If you would prefer us to do this for you on a regular basis then please let us know so that we can schedule more time to do so.
How will our relationship work?
For home cleaning we do not have a written contract, you are not bound to us for any contracted period.
What if something is damaged when my home is being cleaned?
We treat all homes with care; however, if something breaks we will make every effort to have the item repair, or replaced. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate.
